Dr. Arnaldo “Arny” L. Olivera II is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology at the American Academy of Clinical Sexologists (AACS) under the guidance and mentorship of the late Dr. William Granzig. Dr. Arny runs a private practice in Winter Park, Florida. He focuses on delivering services to individuals, couples, and families. He specializes in providing sex therapy and helping those who have been impacted by trauma to empower themselves through the therapeutic process. He believes in the practice of evidenced based treatment which keeps his clients and himself accountable to therapeutic progress and planned care. Dr. Arny believes that his ultimate mission is to help clients become aware and tap into their own personal strengths/resources for self-healing. He enjoys working with clients teaching them about the numerous tools available in therapy with the aim to promote the lives that they deem meaningful and worth living. Psychological flexibility is what he promotes and helping clients pivot toward what matters to them is what guides his approaches to treatment. Dr. Arny is available for telehealth sessions and is eager to meet with potential clients that wish to learn how to use tools to heal themselves in a judgement free environment focused on promoting sound emotional wellbeing.
