As a Harvard-trained PhD anthropologist, I've long explored how social structures shape personal experience. As a Somatica Sex & Relationship Coach, I help clients recognize and move beyond these limits. I've always been fascinated by how we make meaning and navigate desire in complex social worlds. This curiosity led me to medical anthropology, studying how people understand illness, and now fuels my work as an intimacy coach. I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck, frustrated, or disconnected when it comes to sex and intimacy. In coaching, people learn to feel more comfortable in their own skin, speak up about their needs and desires, and reconnect to themselves and others. I bring a sex-positive, kink-aware, and non-judgmental perspective that is neurodivergence- and LGBTQIA+ friendly. Having faced loss, depression, and sexual awakening in my own life, I know transformation is possible. Healing comes through experience, and I'm here to support you with wisdom, humor, and radical acceptance.
