I am an EMDR Certified therapist who specializes in trauma, PTSD, anxiety and sex therapy. I primarily use EMDR, hypnotherapy, and therapeutic art to help adolescents, teens and adults who are facing stress, anxiety, depression, workplace issues and family and interpersonal relationship conflicts to improve their overall quality of life and well-being. My past work experience spans military, academic and corporate settings but now I own and manage a group private practice that is all inclusive, poly friendly, LGBTIA+ friendly and have several BIPOC therapists that can help with various issues.
