With years of experience in the field of sexology, I’ve dedicated my career to breaking down barriers and helping individuals reclaim their sexuality, overcome trauma, and live more fulfilled lives. As a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and a teen mother, I understand the power of resilience and the importance of healing. My journey has fueled my passion for sex education and advocacy, particularly in communities that often go underserved.
As a clinical sexologist, I’ve led numerous support groups for sexual assault survivors, taught specialized classes on sex and aging, and facilitated women’s empowerment workshops. I’m committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces where people of all ages and backgrounds can openly explore topics around sexual health, relationships, and self-empowerment. Whether I'm leading a class, offering counseling, or speaking at a panel, my goal is to make sure that no one feels alone in their sexual journey.
In addition to working with individuals, I’ve actively participated in community outreach and volunteer efforts, including organizing trauma support groups and teaching courses at local community centers. I’ve also worked with women to help them establish businesses and find their voices, further driving my commitment to empowerment and healing.
I’m available for counseling sessions, speaking engagements, panels, and educational workshops focused on sexual health, trauma recovery, aging and sexuality, and empowerment. Let’s work together to create impactful, meaningful change in how we talk about and understand sex, trauma, and healing.
