I currently offer sessions in person and via zoom, for individual women and their partners.
I provide a safe and sensual container in which to gently explore your sexual energy and harness its power for healing the mind, body and spirit. Holding a compassionate space and providing the tools for you to find safety in your body, expand your capacity for pleasure and sensation, connect with your inner wisdom, and deepen intimacy in all areas of your life.
As an Authentic Tantra® Practitioner and ABS-certified Sexologist, I blend the wisdom of Tibetan 5 Element Tantra with trauma-informed nervous system regulation practices, Somatic sexual healing practices, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and contemporary sexual education. I’m also a trained yoga instructor and Reiki Master, offering a holistic approach to healing.

Please note that I do not perform any hands-on bodywork or sexual acts of any kind during my sessions. I am certified to use consensual, non-sexual touch, such as energy healing and sensate focus exercises, but all clients must sign a waiver prior to any physical contact. Throughout the session, I will continuously check in to ensure you feel comfortable and that your boundaries are honored at all times.
For Somatic sexual healing practices, I will demonstrate the techniques on silicone models to provide a clear understanding of the methods.
