Mackenzie Sears-Greer is a Predoctoral Intern from the Clinical Psychology program at the University of Texas at Austin. She completed her Bachelors degree at the University of Texas at Austin with a major in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy. Mackenzie joined the research team in the Female Sexual Psychophysiology Laboratory as an undergraduate student in 2016 and later became a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at the University of Texas in the Fall of 2019. She primarily researches sexual violence and sexual functioning and satisfaction within romantic relationships. She received her Masters Degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2021 after completing her thesis on undergraduate students' reporting likelihood under Title IX Mandatory Reporting Policies. Mackenzie is actively conducting her doctoral dissertation which evaluates a potential new intervention for improving relationship satisfaction as well as sexual intimacy in couples. Mackenzie is currently in her predoctoral internship year at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System in Las Vegas, Nevada.
