I love supporting people to explore personal agency and intimate connection. I'm also a Protect Accredited Trainer (New Zealands leading protection and self defense agency). For more than 14 years I've worked with clients to help them identify the behavioral and psychological signs of abuse and practical strategies for staying safe.
