The late Dr. William. A. Granzig, Ph.D., MPH, FAACS
President, American Academy of Clinical Sexologists

Professor Granzig was a Diplomate and President of The American Board of Sexology, a Life Founding Fellow of The American Academy of Clinical Sexology (Previous American Academy of Clinical Sexologists) and former President of The American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT). He was president of the Sixth World Congress of Sexology and is a former faculty member of the University of Illinois, University of Florida and the University of Maryland.

In 2001, Professor. Granzig and Dr. Judy Kuriansky initiated and have continued to teach sex therapy classes for physicians in the Peoples Republic of China in conjunction with the China Sexology Association.

Professor Granzig is a member of many scientific and sexological organizations, including the Harry Benjamin International Gender Dysphoria Association, The Society for Scientific Study of Sexuality, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and the American Mental Health Counseling Association.

At the American Academy of Clinical Sexology , he developed and established the only ongoing doctoral degree program in clinical sexology in the United States.
