Alexandra Paretta, TCS, ABS

Alexandra Paretta is a trauma-informed holistic sexologist who weaves Tibetan Buddhist Tantra with Yin Yoga to heal the body both physically and energetically. She firmly believes there is an excess of Yang on a psycho-spiritual-somatic level within Western culture, so she lovingly holds space for those who would like to learn how to slow down and cultivate more calming, soothing, and gentle Yin qualities that foster mindfulness and embodied presence in their lives.

Alexandra affirms that all people are capable of realizing their own inner-wisdom when witnessed and supported by trusted confidantes. From her years of study and practice, she has developed proficiency and care in assisting others to connect to their bodies through somatic healing and discover the innocent, joyful freedom of their humanity that is both sexual and spiritual in nature.

Her intention is to make the invaluable resources and tools she uses in her own life available to people of all genders and sexualities through accessible and down-to-earth group workshops and private sessions. Alexandra meets with clients online over Zoom and offers in-person sessions at her office in Los Angeles.
