I am a certified practitioner of Authentic Tantra™ in the Tibetan tradition of the Shangpa Kagyu lineage and a practitioner-in-training in Somatic Sex Education and Sexological Bodywork.

Somatic healing brings us into dialogue with our living bodies. Through mindful presence and the cultivation of pleasure, we can rewire neural pathways laid down for our survival and open to experience our fullest range of emotions and physical sensations. This journey into alignment with the authentic self is sacred.
