Dr. Jered Kolbert provides individual counseling to adolescents and adults, and conducts couples and family counseling.
He uses a variety of theoretical approaches including mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), Bowenian and structural family systems therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
