Kat Slade, MA, CSPT, ABS

Kat is a certified surrogate partner and somatic practitioner dedicated to helping individuals move through physical and emotional barriers to achieve greater intimacy and sexual expression. Kat’s empathetic and non-judgmental approach creates a safe environment for all bodies to explore their sexuality and to increase their capacity for intimacy and embodiment. In addition to her role as a surrogate partner, Kat has a background in somatic dance and performance. Her somatic dance practice is focused on understanding the connection between the mind and body to facilitate the release of stored tension and trauma. Kat holds a Master of Arts Degree from New York University and a Bachelor's Degree from Evergreen State College. She is a certified reiki practitioner, trained in the Somatica Method, and is certified in Somatic Embodiment and Regulation Strategies by Linda Thai.
