Ledora Yerks is the Founder/CEO and Executive Director at Motivate Wellness Behavioral Health & Relationship Health Services, LLC. A mental health agency that is passionate about your well-being. The goal of this agency is to provide you with a safe and comfortable space for you to explore issues that may be preventing you from successfully maneuvering daily life or reaching your personal goals. With a little motivation and the right tools, everyone can overcome the obstacles that may be preventing them from thriving. Ledora is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, National Certified Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Sexologist. Ledora is a motivational speaker, and consultant. Ledora specializes in working with couples and the LGBTQIA+ population. Ledora is also the president of a 501(c)3 organization called Healing Through Change, Inc. This nonprofits focus is on the BIPOC population who has or is currently dealing with sexual trauma. The goal of the organization is to bring more awareness and education to the communities across the country about this topic and find a way to heal each one of them. She is also a proud graduate and participant (cohort #1) of The Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women Black in Business 2022.
