Lisa is a native of New York who relocated to NC to join her spouse at Camp Lejeune in 2002. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Board Certified Sexologist. She integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities to help clients address unhealthy thoughts, and deep emotions, and make lasting changes to patterns of behavior. She believes overall wellness can be achieved when individuals become more aware of the circumstances that have shaped their identity and contribute to symptoms of distress, including issues with intimacy, sensuality, sexual identity, couple's intimate connection. She holds a Master of Social Work and a certification in Mental Health, Addiction, and Families from Tulane University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
