For over 20 years I have worked as a Physician Assistant at a large family practice clinic in the beautiful Napa Valley. I still get great satisfaction out of what I do. However, I have found that in today’s chaotic and disconnected world that I am having a harder time helping my patients affect the kind of change needed to be healthy and well. Over the years, I have been blessed to be trusted and privy to my patients most intimate life moments. So many of my patients have confided in me that they are struggling with dating, relationship and sexuality issues that they feel are directly affecting their health. It became apparent to me that unless I also help people focus in on and improve these areas in their lives that I would just be treating the symptoms of illness and not truly helping people be balanced and well.

As a Sexuality Coach and a Physician Assistant, I merge my medical knowledge with my passion to coach clients to improve their overall health. I look forward to helping you find and keep love.

When I discuss dating and relationships with friends, family, patients, clients and colleagues I hear the same repeating theme. “It shouldn’t be this hard!” Whether that is people who are single and struggling to find high quality people to date or people in short, medium or long term relationships. The resounding feeling and sentiment is one of sadness that it is all so difficult. I have experienced and felt much of what others are sharing with me and I understand. This is a large part of what led me to launch my coaching business. My hope is that with coaching, people will find it all a bit less hard.
