Perry Sirota, Ph.D.

Dr. Perry Sirota is a clinical and forensic psychologist with over 30 years of experience. His clinical practice covers many areas of assessment, psychotherapy and crisis intervention. He provides training to a wide range of Canadian workplaces, in the areas of accommodation mental disabilities, mental health in the workplace, creating a safe and healthy workplace, drug and alcohol management, drug and alcohol policy development, threats, risk and violence, and diagnostic challenges.

Dr. Sirota provides consulting and expert-witness services to employers, trade unions, individual workers, lawyers, and administrative tribunals. His specialization includes the areas described above for training and workshops, in the context of assisting with ongoing challenges, reviewing expert reports, conducting specialized assessments, managing crisis situations, resolving workplace conflict, and testifying as an expert in courts, arbitrations, and administrative tribunals.
