I am a full-time private practice clinical somatic sexologist, certified hypnotherapist, plant medicine advocate, transformational life & erotic coach, in addition to, professional development coach and trainer. How I do it... With an intersectional and decolonizing lens, my therapeutic approach is healing-centered that is trauma-responsive, kink-aware, and pleasuring affirming. My specialties include, but not limited to, relationship & intimacy (monogamous and non-monogamous), anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder/PTSD, post-traumatic growth, sexual trauma, sexual healing, and sexual liberation, in addition to, sexuality and gender development. Other stuff I do... In addition to my full-time private practice, I am the curator Womynism Sacred Circle, a BIWOC sexual healing retreat; Healing the Erotic Self Life Coaching Program (HTES), President of The WHOLE-Self Healing Institute, Inc., a teaching institute, and The New Castle County Youth Pride Festival, Inc., a non-profit public charity organization. I also provide post DEI consulting, in addition to, create curriculums informed by my scholarship & my interventions Intersectional Cognitive Behavior Therapy & Approach (I-CBT), SHIFT: An Emotional Coaching System, HTES, and Somatic Sex Therapy. I am also very proud to be part of teams who are curating the next generation of coaching professionals, JRNI Coaching, and social & healing movement support, TRACC4Movement. At JRNI, as one of the lead instructors, I teach how to develop and use an intersectional lens in one's coaching practice with Intersectional Relationship Coaching I & Intersectional Relationship Coaching II. At TRACC4Movement, I am a part of their healer's network and co-instructor for 2 of their courses within their Movement Trauma: Healing Training Program (Intersectional & Integrative Healing: Deconstructing Your Understanding of Mental Health & Care & LGBTQIA + QTPOC Consciousness in Movement Healing Care). It is an honor to build community and collaborations in this transformational healing work. For additional information, please visit SistaSexologist.com.
