I'm Dr. Tim Martin, and I have specialized training in the treatment of sex and porn addiction, alcohol and drug addiction, and gaming and internet addiction. I also work with infidelity recovery and betrayal trauma, complex trauma/PTSD (EMDR), depression and anxiety. Not just endless talk, talk, talk that goes nowhere. I use multiple evidence-based mental health treatments combined with genuine compassion and care so that my clients feel better sooner. If they're open to it, I often give my clients specific handouts or homework to do during the week. I offer a non-judgmental and confidential environment, being respectful of my clients’ needs, perspective, and values. I work with both religious and non-religious clients. As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT), and a Certified Multiple Addiction Therapist (CMAT), I'm trained in many addictions and compulsive behavior, as well as substance addictions. I offer EMDR trauma therapy, as well. My many years of professional work in helping others and my own personal growth – seeking and finding solutions to my own challenges – form the foundation of what I offer my clients.
