Make Some Noise: How to Get More Comfortable Being Vocal in Bed
Many of us have trained our bodies to be as quiet as possible during intimate moments for fear of being heard. Others feel self-conscious about making sounds or talking dirty.
Getting vocal can feel intimidating, but it can make sex more enjoyable. When you’re not inhibited and contained, you can relax and be present for the sensations in your body. Making sounds is also a good communication tool for your partner/s to tune into what works for you.
This workshop is for all who wish to get more comfortable shamelessly expressing their pleasure. In this silly and practical workshop, we’ll discuss the shame that holds us back from vocal expression in sex; we’ll practice getting comfortable with sounds, and gain tools to continue practicing at home.
Join us and let’s make some noise together !
