What is your capacity for self-acceptance, connection and joy? How has your relationship to your body, sexuality and intimacy been shaped by social values and lived experience? Do you know your true pleasure potential, or do you suspect there is more for you to discover? Stepping into your authentic self is sacred work.

Through trauma-informed coaching, breath and body based practices, I work with individuals and couples seeking to unwind shame, expand into pleasure and transform their relationships.

I offer in-person sessions in Victoria, BC and online. With training in lineage-based Tantra, somatic sex education and sexological bodywork, I welcome all of you - mind, body, and spirit – into the container of our work together. It’s my honour to hold compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can come home to your body, awaken your senses, and connect to bliss.
